Ứng dụng iDorm được phát triển nhằm hỗ trợ sinh viên đang lưu trú tại Ký túc xá Đại học Quốc gia TP.HCM (KTX ĐHQG-HCM). Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và cam kết bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Chính sách bảo mật này mô tả cách ứng dụng xử lý thông tin khi bạn sử dụng iDorm.
1. Thông tin ứng dụng xử lý
Ứng dụng iDorm không trực tiếp thu thập hay lưu trữ thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân (họ tên, ngày sinh, mã số sinh viên, số CCCD, email, số điện thoại, thông tin phòng ở, hóa đơn, thanh toán...) đều được truy xuất thông qua hệ thống API của Ban quản lý Ký túc xá ĐHQG-HCM. Ứng dụng chỉ đóng vai trò hiển thị dữ liệu này cho bạn.
Thông tin mà ứng dụng iDorm trực tiếp thu thập bao gồm:
- Phản hồi và góp ý (Feedback): Nội dung phản hồi, góp ý hoặc báo lỗi mà bạn chủ động gửi thông qua tính năng Feedback trong ứng dụng.
- Thông tin kết nối mạng: Khi bạn sử dụng tính năng kết nối Wi-Fi Free (qua cổng chào AWING), ứng dụng có thể xử lý thông tin về tên mạng Wi-Fi (SSID) và trạng thái kết nối để hỗ trợ tính năng tự động gia hạn kết nối Internet. Thông tin này chỉ được xử lý cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn.
2. Quyền hạn hệ thống ứng dụng yêu cầu
Để vận hành đầy đủ các tính năng, ứng dụng iDorm cần được cấp các quyền truy cập sau:
- Quyền truy cập Wi-Fi & Mạng (Internet / Access Wi-Fi State): Để kiểm tra trạng thái mạng và thực hiện kết nối/gia hạn Wi-Fi tự động.
- Quyền Máy ảnh (Camera) & Bộ nhớ (Storage/Media): Để chụp và tải ảnh minh chứng lên hệ thống Hành chính một cửa hoặc lưu ảnh QR thanh toán về thư viện máy.
- Quyền Chạy nền (Foreground Service): Để dịch vụ theo dõi mạng Wi-Fi và gia hạn kết nối hoạt động ổn định khi ứng dụng không được mở trên màn hình.
3. Cách ứng dụng sử dụng thông tin
- Hiển thị thông tin cá nhân và hóa đơn được truy xuất từ hệ thống KTX ĐHQG-HCM.
- Gửi phản hồi, góp ý của bạn tới hệ thống tiếp nhận của Ban quản lý.
- Duy trì và tối ưu hóa tính năng kết nối Wi-Fi tự động trên thiết bị của bạn.
4. Chia sẻ thông tin
Ứng dụng iDorm không bán hoặc chia sẻ thông tin của bạn cho bên thứ ba. Dữ liệu phản hồi của bạn được gửi trực tiếp tới hệ thống của Ban quản lý Ký túc xá ĐHQG-HCM. Thông tin kết nối Wi-Fi chỉ được xử lý cục bộ trên thiết bị và không được gửi đến bất kỳ máy chủ nào ngoài cổng xác thực AWING.
5. Bảo mật dữ liệu
Mọi kết nối giữa ứng dụng và hệ thống API của KTX ĐHQG-HCM đều được mã hóa qua giao thức HTTPS. Ứng dụng không lưu trữ dữ liệu nhạy cảm trên thiết bị ngoài phiên đăng nhập hiện tại.
6. Quyền của người dùng
Bạn có quyền xem thông tin cá nhân của mình trên ứng dụng. Đối với các yêu cầu chỉnh sửa, xóa tài khoản hoặc dữ liệu cá nhân, vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với Ban quản lý Ký túc xá ĐHQG-HCM vì dữ liệu được quản lý bởi hệ thống của họ.
7. Thay đổi Chính sách bảo mật
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách bảo mật này theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được công bố trên trang này và thông báo trực tiếp qua ứng dụng.

The iDorm application is developed to support students staying at the Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City Student Dormitory (VNU-HCM Dormitory). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how the app handles information when you use iDorm.
1. Information the App Processes
The iDorm app does not directly collect or store your personal information. All personal data (full name, date of birth, student ID, citizen ID, email, phone number, room details, bills, payments...) is retrieved through the API system of the VNU-HCM Dormitory Management Board. The app only serves as an interface to display this data to you.
Information that the iDorm app directly collects includes:
- Feedback and Suggestions: Content of feedback, suggestions, or bug reports that you voluntarily submit through the Feedback feature in the app.
- Network Connection Information: When you use the Free Wi-Fi feature (via the AWING portal), the app may process information about the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and connection status to support the automatic internet renewal feature. This information is only processed locally on your device.
2. System Permissions We Require
To fully operate the app features, the iDorm app requires the following access permissions:
- Wi-Fi & Network Access (Internet / Access Wi-Fi State): To check network status and perform automatic Wi-Fi connection/renewal.
- Camera & Storage/Media Access: To take and upload verification photos to the HCMC system or download payment QR codes to your gallery.
- Background Service (Foreground Service): To run the Wi-Fi monitoring and connection renewal service stably in the background.
3. How the App Uses Information
- Displaying personal information and bills retrieved from the VNU-HCM Dormitory system.
- Sending your feedback and suggestions to the Dormitory Management Board's receiving system.
- Maintaining and optimizing the automatic Wi-Fi connection feature on your device.
4. Information Sharing
The iDorm app does not sell or share your information with third parties. Your feedback data is sent directly to the VNU-HCM Dormitory Management Board's system. Wi-Fi connection information is only processed locally on the device and is not sent to any server other than the AWING authentication gateway.
5. Data Security
All connections between the app and the VNU-HCM Dormitory API system are encrypted via HTTPS protocol. The app does not store sensitive data on the device beyond the current login session.
6. User Rights
You have the right to view your personal information within the app. For requests to edit, delete your account or personal data, please contact the VNU-HCM Dormitory Management Board directly, as the data is managed by their system.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and notified directly within the app.
